Tour’s Program
Day 1: Arrival – Arusha
On arrival at Kilimanjaro airport meet our representative who will transfer you to Lake Duluti Lodge, a charming Lodge at the foot of Mt. Meru with a great view of both Mt. Meru and Kilimanjaro. Later our safari Manager will provide you with a short safari briefing. In the morning the great 8 days honeymoon safari and best Zanzibar beach holiday will begin.
Overnight at Lake Duluti Lodge in Arusha. Dinner and breakfast included.
Day 2: Arusha – Ngorongoro
After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro crater and descend into the Crater for a wonderful game drive (picnic lunch will be served at the crater floor). Ngorongoro Crater is often defined as one of the wonders of the world. It is the world’s largest unfolded volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest animal populations but mistakenly called Ngorongoro crater, it is here where the rare black rhino can be observed in their natural habitat. The Crater has about 600 meters high walls hence very few animals migrating in and out of the Crater. You can expect to see lions, Hyenas, Jackals, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals and antelopes, many bird species can be seen. With a bit of luck the Big Five can be spotted in a course of one day of game drives. Overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge in Ngorongoro. All meals included.
Day 3: Ngorongoro – Serengeti
After breakfast drive to Serengeti National Park the African’s number one safari destination. Serengeti is among the UNESCO’s World Heritage Site with a high diversity of wildlife. It is in Serengeti where the world renowned Great Wildebeests Migration took place. Picnic lunch will be served at the kopjes (rock outcropping), on the way pay a visit to Oldupai gorge where Dr. Leaky and his wife did some discovery of the skulls of an early man that contributed to the theory that an early man lived in Africa. Proceed with an en route game drive and into Serengeti. You can expect to see Lions, Leopard, hyenas, cheetah, Elephants, giraffe, Zebras, gazelles and many more. You can encounter a lot of animal actions eating, fighting and sometime killing, with or without Great Wildebeest Migration Serengeti is still a great place to visit. Overnight at Mapito Tented Camp Northern Serengeti. All meals included.
Day 4: Full Day of Game drives in Serengeti
This day, we take you for a full day of game drive in Serengeti and if you wish you can begin with an early morning game drives, leave the Camp with breakfast box and lunch box. Early morning game drives allows you to see nocturnal predators coming back from hunting sometime a group of lioness organizing a morning ambush. Most of cat family likes to play along the road escaping the morning mist. Afterward break for breakfast in the bush and move on with your game drive. In the afternoon you can have your parked lunch at Soronera picnic site. After lunch you can relax or pay a visit to Seronera Visitor’s Center for some wonderful documentary about Serengeti National Park. Embarking on your game drive and return back to your camp for sunset. Alternatively 2 hours of Serengeti Balloon Safari starts early in the morning and afterward game drive till sunset.Overnight at Acacia Tented Camp Northern Serengeti. All meals included.
Day 5: Serengeti – Zanzibar
After breakfast start your drive to Soronera Air Strip en route game drive until you reach the air strip and fly to Zanzibar Island. On arrival at Zanzibar airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to Kasha Boutique Hotel on the North East beaches of Zanzibar. Dinner and breakfast included.
Day 6 – 7: Zanzibar Beach
You will spend these days at the beach relaxing and swimming in the worm clean water of Indian Ocean. If you wish you can organize some water sports with your hotel.
Dinner and overnight at Kasha Boutique Hotel on the north East beaches of Zanzibar.
Day 8: Departure Transfer
After breakfast at your hotel and depending on your departure schedule we transfer you to the Airport or to Stone Town for a short visit before going to the airport for your flight back home. The loving memories of your grand honeymoon safari Tanzania and Zanzibar beach will never leave you.
